At Auryn Jewells, we maintain strict quality checks before shipping every order. Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds or returns once an order is placed and delivered.
We also do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. After reviewing the issue, we will offer a replacement for the same product, if applicable.
Please note:
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- Minor variations in color or finish due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects
Auryn Jewells reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the above conditions.
